Yost-Gallagher has been the General Contractor for all of our Taco Bell and KFC restaurant remodels and new builds since 2018. From our very first meeting it was apparent that YG had set high performance standards for themselves which has translated into an equally high level of performance on CLC projects. The level of shared trust we have with YG speaks to the integrity and standard of fairness they have exhibited in all of our dealings. This culture is not only apparent in the Owner’s suite, but extends to their Project Managers, on-site superintendents, their office staff, and others we have experienced within their personnel ranks.
